The keyboard's condition was exactly as described otherwise. Returned the item with free postage and received an immediate refund. As often is the case, you don't find out how good somebody's service is until something goes wrong. This was a low-cost item but I still got great service. Thanks!

Seller stepped up though and corrected the issue within the time frame without any hassle. Shame the delivery company let them down as the seller was great
