When they finally replied they were very apologetic and sincere. Arrived on schedule and within acceptable time frame. May have been returned by a previous buyer. Shoe laces were unbound and left loose in the box. Still looked to be in perfect condition. Seller has a vast and interesting inventory. As for shipping charges… well, it is what it is. Received two pair of shoes for one shipping charge. Thank you.
