    Very poor packaging was evident immediately. - the box was stained with the items that were sent inside. Packets of oil , 1 that was punctured leaked its entire contents. No protection, not individually wrapped, loosely placed and spilled out everywhere. Otherwise my replacement cutting shears finally arrived on 07/16. They were ordered July 5.

    We apologize for the poor shipping situation that you recently experienced. That packets of grease/oil were a complementary item to go along with the shears that you purchased since they will need greasing/oiling. That will not hinder the performance of the shears at all, but we are sorry to hear that they created a bit of a mess.

    The cylinder head kit arrived quickly and was packed very well. Product looks great and will be installed shortly. The seller helped me with a minor issue and handled in a very reasonable manner. I would definitely deal with this reseller again, excellent customer service!
