Seller described A. Franklin as Exc. in all categories when in fact Album had multiple deep scratches. I'm a collector so I depend on honesty. Wound up buying another one from someone else. Same thing w Best of Animals & Beach Boy albums. Shipment took so long I forgot I made purchase. Also, packaging could have been WAY BETTER. Had items been described honestly, I'd never wouldve purchased.

My items arrived to me ruined and worthless, and the seller will not contact me back. I'd rate it with a zero if it were an option. People like this have no reason selling items to customers.
