Not seller's fault. It could not be told that pump was not NOS unless it was disassembled. Pump had a problem that seller could not have known about unless pump was disassembled. I contacted seller about the problem and a partial credit was issued immediately. Box was packed well and arrived in good condition. Overall, still a good buy on a hard to find part.
