I was less than happy with that, but okay. It is what it is. After 7 days, the item appeared to not have been shipped. I contacted the seller to let them know I needed information. Item was packed in DELL AlienWare OEM box - everything was okay (a bit damaged package due to transportation all through the Atlantic Ocean, but it's really okay) - the main thing the laptop was received in perfect condition.
