Unfortunately, it arrived with a few small stains, but when I reached out to let her know, she responded almost immediately and issued me a credit to take the item to the dry cleaners. I very much appreciated her kind response, lack of defensiveness and promptness in resolving the issue (you never know what you will get when there is an issue!). I would certainly purchase from her again in the future.
