It was very secure. As described it wasn't that worn out, and was worth everything I paid for! Would recommend this shop for car parts. He responded to questions fairly quickly. He made no false promises, the radio/navigation control unit came from car that had been in a collision. He had no way to test the unit, and he said so. If it didn’t work, guaranteed complete refund. However, it was cosmetically in very good condition. I installed the control unit a few days ago. It works like new, and looks nearly new. A+++
