I notified Powerful UK and they sent me out a replacement straight away. They asked me to return the original which I did and provided a free post label to do so. Extremely fast and unproblematic service. Items have been fitted and work perfectly. Items were exactly as described and were of good quality. I would definitely recommend Powerful UK.
