The huge chandelier shipped from Europe all the way to Oregon and arrived super fast, in PERFECT condition and even better than described. It was very fragile & very bulky. This seller had to have spent a few hours wrapping it. Every part of the chandelier was individually wrapped with delicate care & detail. It took me at least 1 hour to unwrap it. I can't say enough great things about this seller, the item and experience.

The product was very much as the seller described. She had taken multiple photos including some with a measuring tape which showed quite clearly the size. I love Kipling bags and was thrilled to get this little case at the price she asked for. Would certainly be happy to buy from her again. Thank you
