Appearance is what was I expected, new condition, very nice, rather compact size, and lighter than expected given that it is a metal lens. Value is probably the best of all the lens I have aquired over the years. Under $100, for an AF, 40.5mm equivalent, f2.8, wow can't beat that for value.
