The doll was new and compared to other prices for similar dolls the price was good. The dolls for all seller, are not exactly as seen on the pictures, they might be painted lighter than you expect, and as described there is no hair or clothing which I expected. Overall happy w. my first purchase of BJD

Arrived in a plastic mailer bag taped up. No protection of product during shipment. Doll kit arrived and is beautifully factory painted. This is the 3rd kit I purchased from this seller, other 2 kits took 1/2 time to arrive that I had purchased 5 days prior to this order. I’m pleased with my purchase, not so much with shipping time.
