Every from shipping and communication was good. The product does not lock into the mag securely. The extension has a weird can’t for a plus 3. If you want this for anything but a range toy I would not trust it. I actually just threw these in a drawer 10mins after getting them. I’ll stick with paying $45 for an SLR or shield arms. My actual capacity with a std 10rd Glock 26 magazine was +1, +2, and +3 not the advertised +2, +3, +4. The bigger one cracked at the slide rail when under load. They also don't work well in a G26 because of mag well clearance. They go in but have to be forced to lock in place.
