Not only was the seller responsive every step of the way during the shipping, but they were also kind! When I questioned the product's quality they assured me it was brand new, and when it shipped it had the original box, plastic wrap, and the appearance of the case once unboxed was perfect. The price was higher than MSRP in the US but I couldn't find this case anywhere else. 100% Recommend!

Shipped from Japan to the easternmost point in the US in 8 days. Bluray was sealed and double wrapped for protection, as advertised. I highly recommend this seller and will be buying from them again the next time Marvel releases a 3D/4K combo. 5 stars.
