I purchased a quantity of two items on 2 separate orders, and in both instances I only received one item. I attempted to resolve with seller who sent random photos from a low quality warehouse security camera showing someone packaging items as “proof” they sent two items. After sending photos of my received order, they directed me to file a claim with FedEx, which should be their responsibility as a vendor.
