Unfortunately, when she went to package this bear she accidentally got the bear’s ear glued into the flap of the mailing envelope! This being said, I did also purchase two other Boyd’s bears in new condition from this seller without any problems! People are only human and accidents do happen! This seller did have my bear securely wrapped and packaged! I’m completely happy with both my purchase and this seller!🙂🙂🧸🧸🐻🐻
