It was sold as being able to connect with spectrum and having a clear IMEI number when that was actually not the case. This was very frustrating and made me have to go buy another phone. The refund process took a long time but I can say that the person in charge of customer service/answer ebay messages is wonderful and helpful. The phone did look great and free of blemishes. It also had a great battery life.

Seller issued a return label and was in timely communication. Took a lot longer that expected to get a refund, but all in all, seller made it right and all is good!!! I honestly would recommend this seller just because the of the communication.
