The soft-cover booklet item had no/zero/nothing for protection when it was packaged and shipped. The shipped item sustained additional unecessary wear & Tear during shipping, but not enough to where I would return the item -Added warble marks. I would assume luck played a large part in the arrived condition outside the added wear & tear during transport. Otherwise all was great other than that.
