But charged me $5.20 for shipping, placed item in a padded envelope, and put $0.97 postage, which would be right for a flat envelope/card, not a small figurine in a padded envelope. Post Office would not give me the package until I paid the $4.68 that seller underpaid. Contacted seller and response was “some places are oblivious to eBay labels” but did refund the $4.68. On this item, yes the seller refunded the amount they underpaid that I had to pay to the Post Office to receive the package. But they didn't say it was a mistake, blamed it on "some places are oblivious to eBay labels". Accident is being off by a few cents or transposing numbers, not putting the same $0.97 postage on multiple packages.
