They contact you immediately and verified that the right item was ordered. Which in my case "I" ordered the wrong gear ratio. They IMMEDIATELY caught the problem and they took care of correcting it and getting the right one out ASAP, delivered in 6 days from China. The quality appears to be identical to the original. I will update on performance impressions.
