I agree with the seller's determination of the disc as NM, it played very well for its age. My only complaint is that as soon as I opened up the package, the smell of stale cigarette smoke hit me in the face, and the cover is heavily stained of smoke. I quit smoking nine years ago, so it really shocked me. But I have to give the seller the benefit of the doubt as he didn't advertise it came from a smoke free home, nor did I ask. Normally I'd put the cover in a container of baking soda for a week or so, and that cuts down the odor. So that may be an option in this case.
