Shipper did not offer any assistance to resolve with FedEx. FedEx eventually returned item to them after 5 days I had not heard from shipper dispite repeated calls. Canceled order and disputed charge on Credit Card. Ordered from a different supplier and hope to have a full refund.

It looks like it had been through heavy off road use. I reached out for compensation. They said, you can start a return. That's it! Not we are sorry or apologize for sending out a part unboxed, and scratched all over and through the paint. Find a more reputable seller. There are many reviews like mine on there review list. $40 bucks or so could have helped. But they cared less.

The item was packaged like it was fragile. It was definitely a new part, and it Came in padded delivery envelope, and was wrapped in foam in an OEM Ford Parts envelope. It came two days before promised delivery date, and the price was very fair. Fit's just like the original, and may be an improved or upgraded piece, since the numbers were not an exact match, but the fit was perfect and the appearance is identical.
