I raised this issue with the dealer and received a very prompt reply. The dealer then sourced the missing information for me very quickly and offered a refund for the inconvenience. I would, therefore, be very happy to do business with this dealer again.

I raised an issue and I have to say that the seller could not have been more helpful in ensuring that I received a replacement , under fast despatch. Item is superb, very happy with cost and postage. It’s great to see good old fashioned excellent customer service and I cannot praise or recommend the seller more highly. Buy with absolute confidence. It was clear that this company is keen to address any issues/concerns promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Based on this initial experience, I felt that they valued my business and would happily use them again.
