I contacted the seller to ask if they could make sure it arrived by a certain date. The seller responded quickly and assured me the product would be received before Thursday. Well, it’s Monday and my son got the cleats he wanted, LOVES THEM, and in plenty of time before game day. Thank you!

Tape was used to reseal the package that was not the same as original to seal the other parts. Internal plastic was damage near the broken spot on the product but no external damage to the box. Seller originally agreed to reduce price, then changed to return and refund with no replacement.
