Complaint lodged with Evri who responded after the package had been finally delivered.

The keyboard's condition was exactly as described otherwise. Returned the item with free postage and received an immediate refund. As often is the case, you don't find out how good somebody's service is until something goes wrong. This was a low-cost item but I still got great service. Thanks!
