The software is the problem. Ie the downloadable watch faces. Today I tried to load 4 different watch faces all I got was the old silly watch faces that’s undeleteable. I’ve contacted the software company and explained the problem and I’ve updated the software twice. But it’s still a problem. The other problem is that it freezes and restarts if it can’t load a watch faces see enclosed photos.

Phone speaker is loud enough to listen to music via BT from mobile. I got the steel mesh wristband variant, came with normal poly band plus leather wrist band. A good watch, but will be a backup.

Unfortunately I had to email that the bulb had failed shortly after using and they offered a replacement or refund. The latter was actioned by return of my acceptance email.
