It was double packed, arrived undamaged. To me the item was not as described. I was not happy.. I have a pair exactly like these and for some reason they didn't fit the same. If you have an item that is exactly the same as these as far as size, tags, measurements, materials, etc., and one fits and one doesn't, this sounds like a manufacturing issue. Unfortunately, I can not do anything about something such as that. This sort of thing is the very reason that I provide measurements of eveything on the garment. If you are unhappy with the item, I have a 30 day return policy. Thank you for your business.
