Finally seller advised they had no control of inventory of small parts that come in their items, and I would have to repack and ship back a 50 lb item and receive a refund then I could repurchase. It was entirely my fault because I didn't realize that the radio/cd player for a JBL sound system was different, even though at first glance they appear to be the same. When I contacted them to let them know I was returning it, the were very cordial and understanding. I would definitely recommend them as a seller and would definitely do business with them again.

The fit wasnt exact and I returned it and the seller was great however the several days it took to be refunded was weird. Not sure why it took so long.
