Collectible ornament & its box were packaged in a soft envelope which allowed the box to be crushed during shipping. This is most disappointing and entirely unacceptable. Seller does not accept returns, so I'm out my purchase price. BUYER BEWARE! (I wrote the seller 7 days before posting feedback & received no response. If the item was infact damaged due to the way it was packaged for shipping why did it take 8 days to make a refund request. As stated once the item is returned I'll issue the refund.
