I explained the situation, as it was completely my fault, however, TS immediately got back to me (good communication) and said they completely understood. Sent me what I wanted in it's place, and we had a seamless return and replace transaction. Which is very rare. The seller went above and beyond. Item is good quality and at a great price. Total professional, I would definitely recommend Teknix Solutions.

It was very well packaged and shipped the same day and arrived two days before expected date. Very good value for the money. Pleasure dealing with this merchant.
