Then they offered me a full refund if I returned the tachometer back to them and I pay the shipping. I explained to the seller that all I really wanted was the coupler. The seller came back with an offer of 8 USD refund and I keep the item, I asked the seller to just send the coupler and that it would cost me 18 USD to buy it locally.
