I contacted the seller and they apologised and asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and the very next day it arrived. I was very pleased either way their customer service and would recommend this company. The bowl and drainer were good quality and value for money.

The pots were really well wrapped in bubble wrap & then put in a huge box so were fully protected in transit. Great quality, strong plastic pots all in excellent brand new condition (they have pre drilled drainage holes too)! I bought 12 pots this time & managed to get an extra disc so the value inc free postage was way cheaper than any garden centre (they don’t sell these pots anyway in my area).
