I raised this issue with the dealer and received a very prompt reply. The dealer then sourced the missing information for me very quickly and offered a refund for the inconvenience. They informed me that they had bought this in good faith from their supplier as an original but came to an agreement with me that I could return the item or accept a compromise ( which I chose to do). Item was new as described. Good communication and prompt delivery.

I raised an issue and I have to say that the seller could not have been more helpful in ensuring that I received a replacement , under fast despatch. Item is superb, very happy with cost and postage. It’s great to see good old fashioned excellent customer service and I cannot praise or recommend the seller more highly. Buy with absolute confidence.
