I offered to return the items or record a quick video showing they were inoperable. Seller was satisfied with the video and stated he would issue a refund. Label was created same day, but not dropped off for another two days. When it was dropped off, it was very late on a Friday which resulted in the carrier not moving it until Monday. In contrast another item purchased at the same time originating from the same place came on Sunday. This item did not come until next Thursday.
