When they finally replied they were very apologetic and sincere. That's why they put erasers on pencils, so we can make mistakes.

High quality item, cute style and great price. I was mistakenly shipped the wrong size BUT this seller took care of it quickly and sent me a return label (they paid shipping). My refund was processed easily. I plan to reorder due to the exceptional customer service if the shoes are still available in my size.
