The part was genuine Yamaha, brand new and sealed in the OEM packaging, so I know it is a high quality part. Yamaha dealers charge almost $400 for this part and I was able to buy it direct from Japan for less than half of that price. I am pleased with this transaction and I would definitely buy from this seller again!
