The inner box had a 1.5" tear but the FitBit Inspire 3 looked good. Had to charge it (up to 97%), update the app, and it's good; no glitches. Two days later, battery's at 72%, Still haven't heard back from the seller re the question I had, though, before purchasing it.

It was an open box purchase, and the seller made that very clear in the listing. All parts were in the box and look great. Everything on it functions properly. I was unsure about ordering it because of the open box, but the contents are in great condition. All in all, a great price for a quality product from a seller that was open about the product in the listing. I'd buy from them again.

I have an old phone and refuse to upgrade it cuz it still works. This fitbit only works with newer iphones. This seller was great in understanding and I received a refund very promptly. Definitely a 5 star seller and I am sure the fitbit would have been the same.
