Great communication and was super helpful with helping me get it before an event I’m going to, way earlier than I would’ve expected. The actual cosplay is pretty solid. In terms of condition, it was shipped really well and packaged nicely. The quality is okay, you can tell it was made in China and mass produced, nothing wrong with that, but as the person who is wearing it, you can tell; to outside viewers it’s awesome. One shoulder “pad” came unstitched, but it was a very simple fix and we were very pleased with the work, condition and quality of materials used to produce it. The communication was top notch and shipping was slick and the outfit arrived earlier than anticipated. We would highly recommend these guys. We would definitely go with them for future needs.

I reached out several times trying to get them to either replace my costume or refund and I am getting nowhere. I would not recommend this buyer to anyone. They seem happy to take your money but do not care if you ever get the product. Shipping mistakes happen but you should be able to make it right.
