There was a considerable amount of discoloration and heavy cracking on the plastic pieces not shown in pics. Reached out to seller. Apologized, and checked with packaging personnel. Offered a decent partial refund. In the end, the shoe is still wearable and the seller made the appropriate accommodations. Very good business.

Then I found this listing by Ama-Terasu, and I had to buy this item. I ordered it on January 13 and it came on January 22 from overseas, which included a weekend and a U.S. holiday. The seller contacted me when the item was shipped and was very kind. My notebook cover came very well wrapped for safe travels and is in perfect condition, as described. It is beautiful and well worth the cost.
