All articulations work as expected. I can also recommend the Leap V2 in general, it's comfortable and adjusts well between my 6 foot 2 lanky body and my short girlfriend. Heavy too, should last a long time.

There no way I could tell this was not a refurbished product. The value compared to RRP is outstanding. Chair came prebuilt and looks brand new.

The chair did take about a week to be dispatched but it arrived with next day delivery. The chair was a little dirty when it arrived but nothing a 5 minute wipe down couldn't fix. The chair is the fully specced Steelcase Leap V2 which for only £369 is an absolute steal. Being refurbished it shows signs of heavy wear but the fabric is comfortable if a bit coarse. Superb when you consider the price!

Tracking never showed that it had been dispatched, seller not answering messages forced me to open an item not received case with eBay who thankfully took my side and were forced to issue me a full refund. Would avoid this seller 100%. I got the wrong end of the stick because a photo review of "this item" showed them as being included. The neutral rating reflects that the returns label was for a 5kg package and the communication from the seller was slow and limited. Would not recommend if you are unsure about what you are buying.
