I contacted the seller for an update and got no response. Almost another week later the seller had still not shipped, so I contacted them again asking for an update and requesting a refund if they did not intend to ship. The seller issued a refund but did not provide any apology or response. What a waste of time!!. I would not recommend this seller, as they are clearly not interested in customer service.
