Customer wanted next day delivery to a caravan park.I went out my way and paid extra for a courier service to drive the chairs to him but had a failed delivery attempt as no one home. I offered the customer a refund as he was due to travel but he insisted he wanted them by 11am the following day again I paid extra for this. He wasn't home they were left outside and covered as a neighbour had organised to take them in so there was no extra ferry hotel fees at all
