He insisted on sending my order with a courier company that I did not approve, even though there was an alternative option as stated, and when I disagreed he held my money for several days until he canceled the order and refunded it. Slow response to messages, no desire for customer service. Overall a negative experience.

I had a mistake on the information and they swiftly corrected it and the package was delivered right away. The item itself is in great condition. The seller put extra care into keeping the package safe for transportation. The value was good; a fair price compared to other sellers. Overall, recommend this product and their seller. You made me and my husband’s day!

Item arrived in perfect condition, very very well packed and protected for it's transit from Japan to Britain. There was a slight issue with post but seller sorted it out immediately and got the delivery back out and on its way as fast as they could. Genuinely amazing service and great value on the purchases item. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Note to US buyers: Unfortunately had to pay US tariffs but that’s not the seller’s fault. It was still cheaper than buyer from US sellers. Note that DHL charges a $17 “processing” fee to collect a $15 tariff. What a scam.
