Doesn’t feel properly assembled—feels like it might fall apart. Seller communication was decent. I doubt it’s truly new, despite being advertised as such. At least the system and software function. Disappointed overall, expected better though the advertised price.

Which is okay b/c I can just buy a replacement battery, but also a PSP's UMD tray usually has a switch on the top which you flick that springs the tray open so you can put in a game, but this device's switch doesn't work and you have to pry the tray open. I'm sure these problems are not the fault of the seller, but I essentially spent a lot of money on a broken product that just looks cool. Oh well.

But once I got it I fell in love with it immediately and can’t wait to play with later and I also loved the Pokémon card it came with. 10/10 would buy from him for now on when I need other items. There were a few more scratches on the screen lens than I thought but it is all visible in the listing. Very well packaged. Took a very long time to get here but no fault of the seller. The seller also responded to my messages quickly and would have taken care of things if the item did not arrive. It was shipped out very promptly, but USPS took forever with delivery. It was packaged great too, a good bit of bubble wrap covered the 3DS system and a Pokemon card to boot. The item came as described and in great condition, very much worth the price. Would recommend buying from this seller, short shipping time and came in great condition!
