It was the manufacturers fault not theirs, but they went out of their way to offer a refund and after I told them it’s ok. They insisted and I just thought that was incredibly kind of them. I really appreciate the level of honesty and dedication they had to trying to make it right. I would certainly buy from them again regardless even if I wasn’t offered a refund. They are good people.

Despite the whole USPS snafu of not scanning the tracking number and it's not the seller's fault. The seller did an excellent job of communicating and keeping me updated on everything. The packaging is perfect as the box looks and feels brand new when I opened it.

The cards are a bit arched, but I don’t believe that to be the seller’s fault. It may have been the heat and packaging from WOTC. Very good value. Simply beautiful cards. Great seller.
