    Although it had been very securely packaged for shipment, the model was damaged in transit, but salvageable. Seller offered to provide either a return shipping label and a full refund or a partial refund to retain the model. Negotiated a mutually acceptable partial refund with seller. Good communication, good-faith fair deal. I would buy from this seller again
