Extra care should have been taken to help avoid damage to the decal while packaging. My boxcutter blade also came into contact with the decal leaving a cut into the "F" letter. You had charged $12.99 to be shipped "First Class Priority USPS" but came UPS Ground instead.

Didn’t have the carbon fiber I wanted. The imbecile is in IL & tried to dismiss his mistake on a hurricane. Refused to refund and then attempted to claim I was extorting him in preparation of a negative comment. You’re getting a negative comment if you don’t make it right or give the money back knucklehead. Apparently this guy needs 100.00 more than I need the incorrect, late decal.
