Its a very populous area with lots of pedestrian through traffic and anyone could have reached through and taken the parcel. Not very good - but this in no way reflects on the seller or the product, both of which I am very pleased with.

Sadly I ordered from Demu but ordered 'bass' guitar which were the wrong ones. I contacted demu within a short while but they had been dispatched. Demu Gears were utterly brilliant, they told me to 'refuse' the item and they will reimburse me in due course. I could not ask for better service.
