The company had received it and repaired it and sent an email saying it had been sorted out and was due to be collected by royal mail all within 3 hours. I'd have no hesitation about recommending others with a JLR product that needs fixing a similar issue to utilise this company.

Dismantled the central console as per Youtube and sent off the Gear Selector Unit to Elecfixuk on Thursday morning. By Saturday lunchtime, the repaired unit was back and ready to be installed. Much to my surprise I was able to put the car back together and the GSU now working perfectly for less than 1/10 of what Jaguar would charge for the new part alone. First class service all round, would highly recommend.

I nearly paid the online person for £300 (we’ve probably all seen) for the same repair job of out rotary gearbox selector, this was the option we went with and so glad we did, what a fantastic job well done with all work carried out in and out the same day. Sent on the Wednesday and back in my hands Friday, fitted and job done. Thanks a million!!
