I'm glad the tubes arrived without damage, but I don't know how they will behave in the amplifier. I wish the vendor would've packaged a little bit more safely. The tube markings are also worn, so I'm not sure how well these will work. They look OK.

But the most important thing is, when I met with an issue the seller does reply and does try to help solve the issue. After fixing the pin contacts, everything is fine. I am willing to be a buyer again, and will trust in the seller's tests.

My prior feedback should in no way reflect on the seller who has fulfilled his sale and has given me a refund. Should the goods still arrive I will contact him immediately to organise full payment. This is probably due to a fault in the postal system on my side as the postal system in my country is very poor.
